Chapter 2 - Lakemoon

Harmony's Pov :

After uploading my video on my YouTube channel I run up to my room and grab my I - pad , laptop , airpods and my I - phone 12 .

Today we are moving to Lakemoon because that's where Colby lives .. my step dad . I don't really have a problem with him I know that he makes my mom happy but did we really have to move .... I mean my whole life is here and the worst part is that my sisters aren't coming with me they have to stay here for a movie premiere, they are only coming in a week .

walking down stairs I see my mom and Colby waiting for me

"Hey ,sorry for making you guys wait " I say . " It's no problem flores" ( flower in Latin) Colby said. " Conversus autem vos scire Im 'XVII primum rectum, non est outdated parum est Pater" ( you do know I'm turing 17 soon right ,isn't it a little out dated dad) I replied. " flos numquam meus " ( never my little flower ) Colby replied with a smirk on his face . By this time my mom got irritated cause she doesn't understand what were saying " can you please speak a language I understand, cause I swear you do it on purpose " I looked between her and Colby before replied "nope" adding a pop at the end . And my mom being my mom rolled her eyes and just walked out of the house. Colby and I burst out laughing before walking out of the house .

I put on my airpods in the car and I soon fell asleep. I was woken up by my mom telling me we made a pit stop and now we're getting lunch, it was about 1pm .

after that we were back on the road so I decided to face time my best friend JJ also know as Jonathan .

Jonathan : ciao roba breve ( hey short stuff )

Harmony : Ehi JJ, volevo solo controllarti ( Hey JJ I just wanted to check up on you)

Jonathan : Sto facendo una brava bambina e tu, suona come se fossi in autostrada ( I'm doing good baby girl what about you , it sounds like your on the highway)

Harmony: Sto bene, siamo in viaggio .. Immagino si possa dire che è un viaggio con mia madre e Colby ( I'm doing fine , we are on the road .. I guess you can say it's a road trip with my mom and Colby)

Jonathan: va bene così quando vieni a trovarmi sono passati 2 anni e mezzo mi manca la mia bambina ( okay cool so when are you coming to visit me it's been 2 and a half years i miss my baby girl )

Harmony: molto presto il mio principe azzurro molto presto ( very soon my prince charming very soon)

Jonathan: sì, sì lo hai detto negli ultimi 3 mesi e non vedo che succeda presto ... quindi dì alla mia bambina quando ti vedrò davvero ( yeah ,yeah you've been saying that for the past 3 months and I don't see that happening anytime soon ... so tell my baby girl when am I going to actually see you )

Harmony : Lo prometto molto presto e questa volta lo dico sul serio ( I promise very soon and I actually mean it this time )

Jonathan: si qualunque bambina ( yeah whatever baby girl )

Harmony : comunque come ti tratta il liceo ( anyways how's high school treating you )

Jonathan : è fottutamente noiosa ( it's mother f*****g boring)

Harmony: Non so cosa sia noioso, mi piaceva il liceo ( I don't know about boring ,I liked high school )

Jonathan: sì, giusto dice il laureato ( yeah right says the college graduate)

Harmony: qualunque cosa JJ ( whatever JJ )

And I soon realized that we had arrived at Lakemoon JJ and I have been taking for the past 3 and a half hours

Harmony : Ehi senti devo andare ma ti chiamo prima di andare a dormire, okay ( Hey look i have to go but I'll call you before I go to sleep okay )

Jonathan: nessun problema Baby ( no problem baby )

and I hung up and saw that my mom and Colby with 2 other guys who looked around my age were taking some boxes out of the car .

"hey do you guys need any help " I asked them

" No it's fine princesa " my mom replied

" are you sure ,I have no problem with carrying a few boxes " I asked her again feeling a bit guilty not knowing why

" I promise you it's fine princesa , were you taking to Jonathan earlier " my mom asked brushing me off " um yeah I was talking to him but he doesn't know that i moved here yet I want to talk to Uncle Bryce and Aunt Liz .... I need them to help me prank JJ " I replied with a slight smirk on my face

" You know what I don't even want to know what your going to do but I'm probably going to find out soon so I'm going to go inside and grab a cupcake " my mom said to me " yeah you proba .... wait did you just say cupcake " with that I dashed into the house and somehow found the kitchen .

" Cupcake's there are 6 boxes.... Harmony leave one box for the rest of us okay " Colby said to me as I entered the kitchen giving me a stern look.
