55 Two months later, I arrived back in Phoenix on my Iron Goddess 1100cc cruiser motorcycle. She had black panels, shiny chrome, and indigo-blue accents. I had named her Storm, after the character from X-Men comic books. The Athena Sisterhood had invited me to join them on a loop ride through Payson, up along the Mogollon Rim. Riding in the middle of a convoy of two dozen motorcycles was a thrill I never thought I’d experience.
