When my ravenous hunger was sated, the fire lingering in my mouth, I grabbed my laptop. I ran a search, looking for links between Wilkes, the Volkov crime family, and the West Side Jaguars street g**g, as they were officially known. Nothing definitive came up. The two organizations tended to stay in their own territory, with the West Side Jaguars’ d**g operation in the west valley, Volkov and his human trafficking ring in the east.
