"Fiona, have you seen Cora?" I asked, peeking into Cora's office, which was empty. The young girl who was cleaning, looked up, immediately panicking at the sight of me, and lowered her gaze.
"She went out with your brother, alpha," she answered. I frowned at her.
"Noah?" I prompted and rolled my eyes at myself. Obviously, Noah. Asher was with me all the time. Fiona slowly nodded, still staring at her shoes.
"Okay, thanks," I said and turned to leave, but then something struck me and I turned to the young girl again.
"You don't have to be so scared, Fiona. I won't hurt you," I said softly. "And neither will the luna," She blinked at me, looking surprised.
