Serena's POV
It's been exactly one week since it happened, since I became someone else. I became someone I couldn't recognize. I became someone no one could recognize. One week has passed since my world completely changed.
It happened last Wednesday. I woke up and began preparing for school—brushed my teeth, had my bath, and came out to eat breakfast, but a fearful scream left the lips of my maid when she saw me.
She couldn't stop pointing at my face; her scream attracted the attention of the other maids. The other maids arrived and also stared at me. Baffled and confused, I ran into my room and stood before the mirror, but staring into it was the biggest mistake I made that day. I shouldn't have looked.
I shouldn't have seen it. I still regret it. The memory still traumatizes me; I haven't looked at the mirror since then.
I couldn't stand it. I can't help it. I don't wish to see it. I no longer wish to see my new appearance; I won't look in the mirror until I return to how I used to be.
"Hey, it's time to go. Hank and Harvey are waiting in the parking lot." Kaylee, my best friend, stood up, grabbed her bag, and left the class without waiting for me.
"Ok," I whispered and slowly rose to my feet; the other students were also leaving the class. But the minute I stood up, everyone's attention turned to me. They are still in shock. Some looked at me with complete disbelief, and some stared with disgust. They used to look at me with admiration and love, but it's different now.
I used to be popular for my gorgeous looks. The school had crowned me the beauty queen so many times that none of them could comprehend my new appearance. Even I couldn't understand it.
"What happened to her?"
"Why is her face like that?"
Most of them whispered to themselves as I walked out of the class, but none dared approach me; they were suddenly scared of me.
After exiting the class, I began heading to the parking lot. As Kaylee said, my mates were waiting at the lot; they were waiting to drive me home. They do this every day.
Reaching the parking lot, I scanned the area for them. Once I noticed their car, I began making my way there, but getting closer, I noticed a different person standing close to Harvey. A girl.
Kaylee. My best friend. A smile curled my lips. I lifted my hand and tried to call their attention, but Kaylee's sudden actions stopped me.
Kaylee moved closer to Harvey, embraced him, and then began to kiss him.
What?! Not only is she kissing him, but Harvey seems to be reciprocating the action. I can see his hands moving to grab her ass as he gives her a little squeeze.
My smile quickly disappeared and was replaced by a frown. Why is Kaylee kissing Harvey, and why isn't Harvey doing anything to stop her? Why is he allowing her to kiss him? Why is he reciprocating the kiss?
"You smell so nice." After the brief kiss, I heard Harvey whisper to Kaylee.
Kaylee blushed and hid her face in his chest.
Okay, what is this? What is going on?
"Harvey!" I called, drawing both of their attention. I needed an explanation.
"Oh, you're there," Harvey turned to me and said.
"Let's go." Without providing an explanation, he turned his attention back to Kaylee and whispered something into her ear, causing her to blush.
"Hank couldn't make it." Harvey looked at me again as he opened the passenger door for Kaylee.
After Kaylee got into the car, Harvey took the driver's seat.
"What are you waiting for? Get in," he said to me.
What?! What is this? What is going on? I'm too stunned to speak. Why is he speaking to me this way?
"Get in, Serena," Kaylee also called from the car.
I can't believe them. I can't believe both of them.
"I... I'm not getting in," I managed. There's no way I'd enter the car. Not after what I just witnessed.
They both cheated and didn't even offer an explanation.
"Do you want to walk? Are you okay with that? Fine then." Harvey glanced at me, and without waiting for me to speak, he drove off with Kaylee.
What in the moon goddess's name just happened?
How could Harvey do this to me? Hank and Harvey have been giving me attitude since my looks changed, but they've never disrespected me.
I am their mate. Their soon-to-be Luna. Did Harvey forget that?
I won't forgive him for this. I won't.

I took the bus home; the packhouse is far from the school. I tried to run in my wolf form, but I was too tired to do so, so I took the school bus. Taking the bus was another mistake I made.
The other students, especially the ones around me, were not comfortable. The drive was tense and unbearable. I don't think I'll be taking the bus anymore.
But I'm home now; I'm outside the packhouse, ready to go in.
My mates and I live in the packhouse. As a soon-to-be Luna, I was required to move in and learn the rules of the packhouse before becoming an official Luna.
I've been staying here for the past three months. Walking to the front door, I pushed it open and tried to enter but found it locked.
I don't understand. Why is the front door locked? Even at night, we rarely lock this door. The pack is safe, and the packhouse is secured, so we leave our doors open most of the time.
Who locked this? Maybe a new maid?
"Hello! Hello! Open the door." After failing to open it myself, I began to knock and call for help.
"Open the door, it's me, Serena." I continued knocking, but no response came.
Where are all the maids? It feels strange that no one has heard me.
Maybe I should go to the window. After making up my mind, I walked there and saw it open.
Okay, I'll go in through the window; it's big enough to take a person, I concluded in my mind, but as I prepared myself to go through the window, I heard unexpected s****l sounds.
Moaning...
As I looked inside, I realized what was happening. I saw who it was, and it was none other than my best friend, Kaylee.
She is sitting on... No, she is straddling Harvey while bouncing on his d**k.
Wait... Don't tell me it's what I think it is. Are they... Are they having s*x?!
