Chapter 10: No Turning Back

couldn't stop thinking about Ethan. Every time she closed her eyes, his touch was there, burning against her skin, his kisses igniting a fire inside her that she couldn't control. The tension between them had only grown stronger since that night on the balcony, and now, every moment felt like a countdown to the inevitable. She tried to distract herself-work, errands, even spending time with friends-but nothing seemed to ease the longing that had taken root deep inside her. But then, as if fate had other plans, she received a message. Ethan: Meet me. Now. Her pulse quickened. She didn't even try to argue. Within minutes, she was in her car, heading to the private office building Ethan had rented for after-hours meetings. She knew what this meant. There was no going back. When she arrived, Ethan was already waiting, standing by the door with an unreadable expression on his face. "Come in," he said, voice low. Sophia stepped inside, her heart racing. "Is this a bad idea?" she asked, the words slipping from her lips before she could stop them. Ethan's gaze softened, his jaw tightening. "Maybe," he admitted. "But I don't care anymore." Before could respond, his lips were on hers again, urgent, possessive, like he couldn't wait any longer. And she didn't want him to. Her hands flew to his chest, tearing at the buttons of his shirt, her fingers trembling with need. His hands moved swiftly, pulling her dress over her head, revealing the lace lingerie beneath. Sophia's breath hitched as he gazed at her, a dark fire in his eyes. "You're so damn beautiful," he growled, his voice rough with desire. And then, before she could process it, he lifted her into his arms, carrying her to the plush couch in the center of the room. Her heart hammered as he slowly undressed her, taking his time, savoring every inch of her skin. "I've wanted this for so long," he muttered, his hands exploring her body with a hunger that matched her own. Sophia's mind was a whirlwind of thoughts, but none of them could stop her from reaching for him, pulling him closer. The room felt like it was closing in around them as their bodies collided, igniting a storm of passion that couldn't be contained. Every touch, every kiss, every whispered word only intensified the craving, pushing them both to the edge aap something wild, something uncontainable. And then, in a moment of pure connection, they gave in completely. Sophia's breath caught as they moved together, each shift, each thrust, building the intensity until she was lost in him-lost in the sensation, the fire, the undeniable pull between them. Ethan's escaped her lips in a breathless gasp as the pleasure surged through her, crashing like a wave, leaving her completely undone. And as she collapsed against him, her body trembling, Ethan held her close, pressing a kiss to her forehead. "There's no going back now, Sophia," he whispered, voice thick with emotion. She nodded, unable to form words. There was no turning back. This was everything.
