The canoe continues to speed up along the river as Garba and Mila deflect and block the bullets of the snipers that keep shooting at them, while Medulla continues to drag it from underneath the surface of the water. They have been moving for over twenty-five minutes now and have yet to reach the point where they expect the river to exit the mansion.
They have outrun most of the assassins chasing them on foot at this time.
