12.Framed

“That’s the thief…” said Martin that stunned Ayu as she enters the meeting room, carrying a tray of beverages that was requested for the sudden internal meeting which was attended by the director herself, the filthy man, Wulan, and the head of the security….

“Please put the tray, over there, Ayu…” Asked Martha with calming voice, as she saw the trembling tray on the girl’s hand that makes some beverages spilled on the tray, before she sits at the chair pulled by the head of security….

She was trembling, gazing to the floor with her watery eyes….

“See that…?! Sign of thieves, right…?! So much fear…. Where’s my fuckin’ watch….!” Shout Martin like rapid fire, while his devilish eyes set sternly towards the girl, who was frightened and confused for the accusation he charged her with….

“She stole the watch you gave me for my birthday, babe…. She took it….” He said to Wulan who find it hard to believe that Ayu would do such thing, as Ayu shook her bowed down head….

“Is that true, Ayu…? What Martin accused you for…?” Asked Martha with her calming voice, yet still unable to make the girl stop trembling and still unable to answer, and now tears running down her cheeks…

“Strip search the thief… She must hide it inside her clothes…. And this, is a private room, so it won’t be a problem, right?” Suggest Martin that makes Martha and Wulan looked at the man with obvious cynicism and disgust towards the man, but can’t do nothing because wat he requested was one of the company policies if anyone ever suspected of being a thief

And Martin knows on how to take advantages of the situation to embarrassed the frightened girl even more…. Meeting room was one of the private areas, where they can close the door to keep the voice inside the meeting room, but the walls were clear glass windows, so anyone can see what is happening inside, and now, they can see Ayu, with trembling body, frightened and ashamed, started to unlatch the standard waist bag they use to keep their tools inside, and let the security inspect the contents, and found no watch in there….

Ayu was embarrassed as she can see the wandering, questioning look from the employees and her colleagues to see her, that they know as a shy, polite girl, now with shaking hand started to undress her uniform and handed them to the head of security that checked them thoroughly, while she now has her naked upper body exposed for anyone to see….

And anyone can see how stressed she was….

Ayu has no problem to get naked in front of a lot of people…. When she agrees to join the company, it has been countless time that many has seen her naked and tasted her ripe, young body as she was now just at her twentieth….

But this time was completely different….

Under the accusation of being a thief, she has to get naked in front of the tops of the office, which makes her truly embarrassed, humiliated, degraded…. Especially when now she only has her neck-wrapped hijab, and her arm cover sleeves that still attached to her, which clearly cannot be use to hide anything….

“Do you feel satisfied, Martin…?” Asked Martha with low, deepened voice that shows that she was holding her anger towards the accuser….

“Not yet, Ma’am….! We should check her locker…. That thief must have hidden my watch, there…. It just been missing, she wouldn’t be able to take it out of the office….” Said Martin that seems hasn’t satisfy just yet to accuse the sobbing girl, that wears her uniform back….

Wulan was so angry to the man who seem only wanted to disgrace her, and Ayu…. But there is nothing she can do but to follow the procedure, that she signs for approval, and only able to take the trembling girl into her arm and follow Martin who marched with proud towards the locker of the janitorial and office support team, where behind him, the head of security, now followed by two of his men that he call for back up, while Martha follows at their back….

Martin, full of himself, make way to the security to use the master key and open the girl’s locker and search it thoroughly….

“Where’s my fuckin watch…?! Where do you hide it….?!” Shout Martin as he grabbed the collar of the girl’s uniform, with rage and shock that clearly shows in his face when his watch was not present at the girl’s locker….

Ayu, who panicking was stuttered, her mouth wide open, but no word comes out from her trembling lips….

She raises her hand, as she saw the hand of the man was about to slap her face…

But the hit was never come…

“Enough, Sir….! You are way out of the line…!” Snapped the head of the security that grabbed the man’s hand midair….

And at the same time, all of a sudden, the phone of the head of the security and his men were ringing, and one of them picks up his phone and reads the message….

“Sir…!” He said, showing the message on her phone…. The same message the head of security has….

“Sir, can we go to your locker, please…?” Said the head of the security that sound more like a command than a request that makes Martin shot his eyes angrily towards the head of the security….

“What business do you have with my locker…? She’s the thief…” He snapped, pointing his fingers towards Ayu who was crying in Wulan’s arms

“Maybe you just misplaced the watch, sir….” Said the head of security that makes Martin angrier….

“Are saying that I’m lying…? Do you think that I make the story…? I can… I will sue you…” He said challenging the head of the security….

“Martin….! Open your locker….! You can sue me too if you are right….”

And finally, the stern voice from Martha managed to make Martin stepped back and grumbled as he opens his locker…

“Wha…?! What the hell….?! It’s….! I…. I’ve been set up….!” He stammered; his eyes looks like they were about to jumped out of their sockets….

“You filthy, w***e…! You put my watch in my locker, right…?! You framed me, right…?!” He burst out, charging at the girl but being stopped by the securities...

“Ma’am…. Miss Wulan…” said the head of the security, making way to both women to looked at the filthy man’s locker and saw three, large brown envelope, about 3 cm thick each, stacked in there, and on top of it, a flash drive, and the filthy man’s watch, rested, on top of a white envelope that has the HR manager’s name written at it….

Martin was struggling and shouting….

“I’m being framed….! I’m being set up…! Babe…. I’m being set up….!!!” She shouts in despair while he had himself being dragged to the security office while Martha, Wulan, and the head of the security, along with Ayu that still trembling in fear and embarrassment, walked towards Martha office where the two women opened the brown envelopes which contains documents and evidences that makes their jaw drops….

And the flash drive contains digital footprints that proof that Martin has been skimming from the company’s money….

“On behalf of myself and the company, I sincerely apologize for all accusations and embarrassment put against you…” said Martha towards Ayu who sits at the chair opposite the table of the director, sobbing….

“I take full responsibility for all inconvenience that we have had caused…. We will compensate you, including medical and psychological supports, and…”

“No, Ma’am…” answered the girl, still sobbing, that makes both women stunned….

“I…. I just want to go home….” Said the girl, as she abruptly stands up and with teras on her cheek left the room without both women tries to stop the girl…. They both can understand the trauma the girl had, so they let the girl went away….
