My nerves were still tingling blissfully when Todd whispered against my ear. "Can I dance with my fiancée?"
That was the moment I realized the music had been changed to I do, Cherish You by 98 Degrees. I loved that song. The 90s vibe brought me back to my youth.
"Your fiancée?" I smiled from ear to ear. "Wow, I love the sound of that."
"That's only temporary."
"What do you mean it's only temporary?" I pouted.
He cackled at my reaction. "Because sooner, I'll be calling you Mrs. Hudson." He pinched the tip of my nose.
"I can't wait to be Mrs. Hudson," I mumbled.
Mom and Dad were already waltzing on the dance floor when I saw them. On the other hand, Frank was still on his chair beside Jody. But seconds later, he stood up and extended his hand to her.
"Mind if I dance with you?"
