The Syndicate's response comes exactly forty-eight hours after the Dubai extraction.
Cain is reviewing security feeds when Marcus bursts into the war room. "Boss, we have a problem. Multiple problems."
"Talk."
"Irina's club in New York was firebombed twenty minutes ago. She got out, but the building's a total loss." Marcus pulls up footage showing Eden engulfed in flames. "And that's not all. Three of our backup safe houses were hit simultaneously. No casualties—we'd already evacuated—but they knew the locations."
"Vera's intel," Cain mutters. "They're using everything she gave them before she was arrested."
"There's more. Alexei Volkov just sent a message." Marcus pulls up a video file. "You're going to want to see this."
