"Don't be too harsh on him." Seth took his phone back from Jeremiah's hand.
There was only a loud snort from the Alpha. He reached for his iced coffee on the table, the cold immediately quenching a bit of his emotion.
"You know you need him right now. You have to take him to your mother."
Jeremiah clicked his tongue. "Should I live with him?"
"He agreed not to carelessly release pheromones. Living with you wouldn't be a problem," Seth replied.
Jeremiah recalled how Zac had behaved yesterday, he acted as if the host at his house even threatened him to release pheromones just because of one bowl of porridge.
"About his background, how?" Jeremiah took out a box of cigarettes and pulled out a stick.
Seth took the cigarette. "Don't litter my room with smoke."
Jeremiah, "..."
"You weren't interested in his background before, why do you want to know now?" asked Seth, tossing the cigarette nonchalantly in the trash.
"I didn't want to know because I believed in you. But now I've changed my mind."
Right. Jeremiah didn't really want to know at all. Just because Seth was in charge of everything, Jeremiah believed in that Beta. They have known each other for a long time. Jeremiah knew that Seth wouldn't hurt him by bringing a random man along.
So far only Seth has always helped him. With his rare condition, no one would know because Jeremiah was embarrassed. Since he accepted this condition and came to terms with the situation, he no longer had any intention of looking for an Omega partner. He is always dating Alpha or Beta.
Only Seth knew about it.
But no matter how hard he covered it up, his mother eventually caught on to this perversion and started sending him on blind dates with the Omegas. Unfortunately, Jeremiah still cannot explain the rare condition of his body to his mother. He had to restrain himself from going from one Omega to another and suffering for it.
Jeremiah had a headache because of this.
Suddenly a map was in front of his face. Jeremiah looked up to see Seth's outstretched hand.
"This is Zac's complete bio."
Jeremiah took the folder and opened it.
As he read, Seth helped explain, "Zac Reegan is still young, he is twenty-five years old now. He lives alone, without parents or family. Before becoming a famous host, he worked in various places to support his daily living expenses and also to pay off debts. Even after he became a highly paid host, the debt still won't be paid off until you pay it off."
Jeremiah didn't answer, but he heard everything. He squinted at the photo of Zac on the top right of the paper. Omega's appearance was very pure and innocent. In the photo, Zac looks very young, no smile on his face, but also no sign of a dangerous man. He's pretty sweet.
Then, Jeremiah's eyes turned to Zac's data again. As he turned the paper, something fell from the folder. It is a collection of photos.
"He looks so different," Jeremiah muttered subconsciously.
Seth glanced slightly. The photo was supposed to be a photo where Zac was meeting his customer as a host. Seth's eyes darkened. "He's changed his appearance since working as a host."
Jeremiah read a little more of the information, no criminal record. Only occasionally does Zac get involved with the police because he is dragged by the wives of his customers because they are considered to have damaged their household. In the end, Zac was able to escape the law because of his ability to seduce the cops.
This man really is a w***e.
Jeremiah didn't want to read anymore. "Are you sure this is all?"
"What else do you want to know?" Seth asked back.
Jeremiah thought for a moment and said, "Does he really have no ill intentions?"
Seth noticed Alpha's fear and sighed slightly. "After talking to Zac, I don't think he's a bad guy. He's a man who lives only for money. He won't do anything to hurt you, trust me. You both need each other."
Jeremiah, "..."
"You must immediately arrange for him to meet your mother. If your mother asks for a marriage, I will arrange it." Seth patted his shoulder.
Jeremiah's eyes darkened, but he had no answer to deny.

What Seth said might be true, Zac isn't that bad of a guy. These two days, Jeremiah felt Zac was doing very well at his house. While he was shutting himself in, Zac cleaned every corner of his house until Jeremiah was sure he didn't find a single bit of dust flying around.
When Jeremiah enters the house, he sees no sign of Zac. Just at the dining table, there was food available and a small note.
I had to go to the bar because the boss called me. Eat this omelette, I make it with love. Don't forget to take photos.
Zac.
With love?
Jeremiah had no idea what poison was in the omelette. As he looked at it, there was a hint of charred color trying to be covered with ketchup. He even made a heart sign with the sauce. Jeremiah wanted to throw up.
After giving the omelette a complicated look, Jeremiah took out his phone, took two pictures, then put the phone back.
The plate he was holding was already cold, which meant Zac had left a long time ago. He was about to throw away the food, but then he stopped remembering Seth's words to him before leaving.
"Zac spends a lot of money paying debts, he always lacks money to buy his own food. Every day he only eats instant noodles or bread, sometimes warming up the food he got from his customers the day before. He's a poor man."
Why did he have to remember this sentence?!
Jeremiah put the plate down again and chuckled. He pulled up a chair to sit down, began to put the half-scorched egg in his mouth.
The taste is a mixture of bitter, salty and slightly spicy.

"Didn't Seth tell you to stop working at that place?"
Zac jumped in surprise as he just walked into the living room. Suddenly there was a voice in the darkness, making his heart skip a beat.
The lights immediately came on and Zac found Jeremiah standing in his smooth dark blue pajamas. Zac couldn't avert his eyes for a moment when he saw the two buttons of his pajama open.
"Why don't you answer me?" asked Jeremiah sharply.
Zack shook his head. Shït! Why does he think that Alpha men are sexy? He must have gone mad. Zac cleared his throat, then slightly changed his expression. "Who goes to work? I'm just out for some fresh air."
"You said you wanted to meet your boss, if you don't work there, is she still your boss?"
"What's wrong with that? I'm used to calling her that and it's not easy to change habits."
Jeremiah narrowed his eyes.
"Come on, I'm back now. Don't worry that I'll run away." Zac brought his shoes which he took off as he sneaked in. There was a smell of alcohol as the Omega was near. Jeremiah automatically backs off.
Seeing Alpha's movement, Zac stopped, looking at him probingly. "Were you waiting for me to come home?"
Jeremiah frowned.
Waiting for him? Who's waiting for him?!
Then, Jeremiah left with a bad expression on his face. Go up the stairs. Before he reached the top, he turned to Zac.
"Make me coffee. I'm working overtime." Without hearing Zac's answer, he hastily entered the study.
Inside the room, Jeremiah immediately took out some papers and folders, also turned on the computer and tablet. In an instant, he'd made a mess of the table to make sure Zac was really working overtime.
Jeremiah didn't know why he was doing this, why he had to lie about working overtime. In fact, he was waiting for Zac to come home, he was worried that Zac really ran away after he spent a lot of money to pay that Omega debt. He wanted to call Zac, too bad he didn't have Zac's number. When he wanted to ask Seth, he cut him off because he didn't want Seth to think that he was worried about that damn Omega.
Yes, that's right. Jeremiah wasn't worried about Zac. He was worried that his money was going to waste.
After the emotions in his chest calmed down a bit, Jeremiah narrowed his eyes. He saw Zac being driven home by a luxury car second ago, but he didn't see who the driver was.
Who might take Zac home? His customer?
And here Zac said he didn't go to work? Jeremiah feels cheated!
A knock sounded at his door, breaking Jeremiah's thoughts. He told the people outside to come in. The door opened and Zac came in with a tray in hand. Zac glanced at Jeremiah and the Alpha immediately pretended to be looking at a work tablet.
"Why are you working overtime? I thought a rich people would leave the work to they subordinates," Zac said, pausing at the desk.
Jeremiah feigned a serious look at his tablet, saying, "Shut up and put that coffee somewhere."
"Fine."
Zac put the coffee right on top of the folder. Jeremiah saw that Zac did that on purpose, he wanted to protest until he realized that the map was actually a map about Zac's background. The cup just covered the inscription on the folder with the title Zac Reegan.
Jeremiah cleared his throat. "Go. I'm busy. I'll sort things out with you tomorrow."
"Things? What things?" Zac deliberately leaned forward, his stomach pressing against the edge of the table. "I thought I said I was just going out to play."
"Back off."
Zac laughed mockingly and backed away.
"So are you playing or getting some fresh air?" asked Jeremiah then.
"What is the difference?" Zac plopped down on the couch, suddenly feeling tired.
"Seth should have told you you shouldn't leave without my approval." Jeremiah put down his tablet.
"Yea, yea. Didn't I write you a note?" As he said this, Zac remembered the dirty dishes he had eaten in the sink. He was sure it was the plate he used to serve the omelette on. Zac even checked all the trash bin and he didn't find his omelette thrown anywhere.
So, this Alpha ate it?
Somehow this thought made Zac feel funny.
"How would I know with just a small note? You could have lied to me and run away." Jeremiah tore the paper. "Write your phone number here."
"Heh, so now you want to keep an eye on me? Are you sure you're not in love with me?" Zac was about to pick up the paper, but Jeremiah threw it on the ground.
Zac snorted.
"Don't talk nonsense. Just write it down and go." Jeremiah picked up a paper ramdomly.
Since there was no answer from Zac, he secretly peeked from behind the paper. Zac with his head down while writing something on the paper. From this distance, Jeremiah could still see how Zac's eyebrows were thin, but his eyelashes were very thick and long. His clear green eyes looked even darker. His nose is sharp and his cheeks are thin. No wonder this man is liked by old Alpha customers, his face is very beautiful and seductive.
After thinking this, Jeremiah had the urge to vomit, but he managed to hold it in.
Damn it! He can't even think lewdly about Omega!
When Zac looked up, Jeremiah immediately turned his face to the paper again. Swallowed all the bile again.
"Is there nothing else you need?" Zac asked in a flirtatious tone. "I can stay here to accompany you to work. I can massage well too."
"Don't even think about teasing me, I'm not interested," said Jeremiah sharply. Actually he wanted to ask who Zac was coming home with today, but he didn't. He didn't want to think about this Omega and throw up.
Zac stood up and put the paper down in an overly seductive motion. "Okay. I also hope you don't fall in love with me. Because if you do, you won't be able to come back to yourself."
Zac laughed at Alpha's horror expression and left the room in a good mood.
