'Ian? What are you doing here?", I asked bravely. I could no longer feel the mate pull so I felt stronger.
'My love, I missed you so much', Ian started saying as he tried to close the distance between us.
He was about to pull me closer when I placed my right hand on his chest as if to stop him there. Ian stopped and did not come any closer. Thank god. However, he was enjoying my touch so I don't know even if was even helping the situation at all.
