Its been 2 days since that night. And it has been devastating for Jungkook. Jungkook has been locked in room for two days. He has not came out of the room. He has not went to University. He has not eaten anything. Just lied down his bed and cried his soul out.
Their parents are worried now. Never in life Tae and Kookie has fought except the whole Lisa story. But One or the other always has made their way back to the other. But this doesn't seem to be something small. They assumed it was because of the fight in the cafe earlier. But Jin has a different thought.
Both families tried to talk to them but both denied to talk to anyone. The parents were worried what could have happened that led them to this situation?
On the other hand, Tae too has stayed at his room alone for two days. He doesn't feel good. He misses his best friend. He feels guilty for everything. He wants to go to his room ask for forgiveness or better ask for punishment. But he is a coward, he can't face him. He himself doesn't know why be did that. Everybody knows they are best friends. They love each other, they care for each other. They even kiss and cuddle too.
But this, he just crossed the line. He sexually harassed his best friend. His guilt is eating him inside out. He needs time to make up his mind. To turn back time. To be who he was. To return to his Kookie again. He can't go to his Kookie feeling all this guilt. He decided he will punish himself. And what else could be bigger punishment to him than being far from his Kookie.
The next morning he packed his bags and went straight to his grandma's house in Daegu. He wants to run away for a moment from all this guilt. And may be when he returns, just may be he will get his best friend back. With all his strength he took the train to his home town to his grandparents to complete his punishment with a promise...
He will be back for his best friend...
He will bring back his happiness....
Just wait for a little while Kookie...
Your best friend will come back...
On the other hand, Its the 3rd day and still Kookie denied to come out. Their parents were disappointed that Tae left Kookie without a word. They wonder what could have happen to these two best friends. Jin was getting frustrated now. He has enough of these drama. He has to take things in his hands.
He took breakfast to his room, opened the dark room. Lights off, curtains closed, gloomy environment. Kookie was sleeping in the bed covered from head to toe. Jin sighed kept the tray on the side table and opened the curtains. He removed the sheet.
There he was, a small sad bunny, hiding from the world. Curled up like a small bun. Hiding his face in his knees. Jin caress his hair and pulled him straight. Eyes swollen red, dried tears traces on the cheeks, sticky hair. Looks like he has not shower for days. Jin sat beside him. He caress his hair and cheeks.
"Did he come?" Kook asked with tears in his eyes. Jin shook his head in negative
Jungkook couldn't control anymore. He whimper in his touch. It was the soothing love and care he has been searching for 3 days. He went to hold Jin, kept his head in his lap. He buried his face in the olders stomach and cried his heart out. He still need to hug by his Tae but still it was his elder brother. Felt like Tae in some way. Felt like the key to open his door to pull him out of this dark night.
Jin stayed with him all day, even slept with him at night. Cuddling him close to his heart. Jungkook found out that Tae has left to Daegu without informing anyone. And Jin don't need any explanation of the story looking at the fading red and purple marks on Jungkook's body. Jungkook felt a pang in his heart. He still was expecting Tae to return to him. Even if as friends, he needs him. But he left him alone to suffer.
Jin pulled him close and patted his hair softly rubbing his back, whispering soothing words in his ears and Jungkook just let all his tears out not wanting to show it to anyone from this moment onwards. If Tae has left him alone, may be it was time to accept the reality and move on.
May be Tae and Kook will not be together anymore. Never they were destined to be lovers. It was just a dream which will never come true. Just his first love which will never be complete. They were just friends, so called childhood best friends.
He knows it is hard for him to be apart from Tae even if he has left him after eating him up. He is a jerk but still his heart aches for him. So he is determined to stop these feelings and close the door to his heart forever. Tae will not open his heart like before. Tae wants to close the door for him so he better close his door too. It's better to say it was a mistake than be pethetically in love with him who can't return the same feeling. So he will stop...
He will stop having feelings for him...
He will never open his heart again...
He will forget his first love...
He will just remain his so called best friend....
Jungkook has lost his first love....
And Taehyung lost his everything...
