Blanca stood in the grand hall of the mansion, looking around. Blanca soliloquied." This place is a palace. But it felt so... empty". As she touched a piece of ornate furniture. Blanca utterly loud, voices out "I used to dream of living in a place like this. Now, it just felt like a cage". She walked over to a window, stared out at the city. Blanca reminisced, "I miss my old life. The simplicity, the... the happiness". She attended social events, forced to mingle with the elite of Singapore society. She smiled politely, made small talk, and played the part of the dutiful wife. But inside, she felt like a loner in a strange land. The superficial glamour that surrounded her seemed like a deep hollow and meaningless. She longed for the simplicity of her old life, the comfort of her family home. She missed the laughter, the love, and the sense of belonging that had once filled her days. One evening, as she sat alone in the garden, surrounded by the capful greenery and the gentle sound of the fountain, she could not help but felt a pang across his heart felt so lonely. She looked up at the stars, their twinkling lights a stark contrast to the artificiality of her new world. "I'm lost," she whispered to herself. "I don't know who I was anymore." She sacrificed so much for her family; gave up her dreams and aspirations. Now, she was left feeling empty and alone. She thought of Ethan, the rebellious son of her husband. He was the one bright spot in her life, the one person who seemed to understand her. She developed a deep connection with him, a bond that had grown stronger with each passing day. "Perhaps he's my only hope," she thought. "Perhaps he could help me find my way back." With a renew determination, Blanca stood up and walked back inside the mansion. She knew that her future was uncertain, but she determined to fight for what she wanted. She would no longer be a prisoner in her own golden cage. One evening, as she sat alone in the garden, a familiar figure approached her. It was Ethan, Leo's rebellious son. He had been away at university when the marriage was arranged, and he had only recently returned. "Hi, Blanca," Ethan said voice fills with warmth. "I'm sorry about the whole marriage thing." Blanca smiled surprised by his kindness. "It's okay, Ethan," she says. "I understand." Ethan sat down beside her. "I know you're probably miserable," he says. "But I just wanted to let you know that I'm here for you. If you ever need anything, just ask." Blanca is touched by Ethan's words. He is the first person she has met in Singapore who seems genuinely kind and caring. She begins to realize that perhaps there is a ray of hope amidst the darkness of her new life. As the weeks went by, Blanca and Ethan spent more and more time together. They talked for hours, sharing their thoughts, dreams, and fears. Blanca found herself drawn to Ethan's rebellious spirit, his sense of humour, and his unwavering loyalty endeared him to her. Leo, on the other hand, was becoming increasingly suspicious of the growing bond between his son and his wife. He had always been a possessive man, and he didn't like the idea of anyone getting too close to Blanca. He began to keep a closer eye on them, hoping to catch them in a compromising situation. One evening, as Blanca and Ethan were walking through the garden, they stumbled upon a hidden room. Inside, they found a collection of old photographs and letters. As they examined the contents of the room, they discovered a dark secret about Leo's past. It seemed that Leo had been involved in shady deals that had resulted in the deaths of several people. The evidence was glaring and it painted a very different picture of the man Blanca had thought she knew. As Blanca and Ethan unraveled the puzzle, they realized that Leo was a far more dangerous man than they had ever imagined. He was capable of anything, including murder. "We had to tell someone," Ethan said, his voice trembled. "We can't let him get away with this, but how?." Blanca hesitated. She knew that exposing Leo's crimes would be dangerous, but she also acknowledged that it was the right thing to do. "We had to," she said, her voice filled with determination. "For the sake of everyone." Just as they were about to leave the room, they heard a noise. Someone was approaching. They quickly hid behind a curtain, their hearts beat in their chests. The door scraped open, casting a long, weird shadow across the dimly lit room. Leo Bernard stepd into the hidden chamber, his eyes scanned the dusty shelves and cluttered tabletops. He was a man of order, a creature of habit, and the untidiness of this secret room filled him with a sense of unease. His gaze fell upon the table, where a collection of old photographs and letters laid scattered. He approached the table, his footsteps echoined in the silent room. He picked up one of the photos, a faded image of a young woman with a radiant smile. He recognized her immediately. It was his first wife, Olivia. A wave of anger washed over him, he muttered. "How dare you delved into my past, my private affairs? I've worked hard to bury those memories, to move on with my life. And now, here you are, threatening to unravel everything I've built." ."How dare you," he snarled, his voice a low rumble that echoed through the room. "How dare you snopped around in my personal affairs." Blanca and Ethan freezes, their hearts pounded in their chests. They knew they had been caught, and they were terrified of what Leo might do. "I'm sorry," Blanca mumbled, her voice barely a whisper. "We didn't mean to..." Leo's rage intensified. He grabbed Blanca by the arm, his grip tight and unrelenting. She cried out in pain, her eyes wide with fear. Ethan tried to intervene, but Leo pushed him aside with a force that sent him lounged to the floor. "Get out," Leo shouted his voice a thunderous roar. "Get out before I kill you both." Ethan scrambled to his feet, his face pale with fear. He knew that Leo was dangerous, and he was terrified for Blanca's safety. "Please, let her go," Ethan pleaded, his voice trembling. "She didn't do anything wrong." Leo ignored him, his eyes fixed on Blanca. He dragged her towards the door, his grip tightened on her arm. Blanca struggled against him, but it was no use. She felt a sharp pain in her wrist as he twisted it. "Please, let me go," she cried, tears streamed down her face. "I'm sorry." Leo stopped, his eyes filled with a cold, calculating hatred. "You're going to pay for this," he said his voice a low snarl. "You and your little lover." With that, he grabbed Blanca by the hair and pull her towards him. She tried to struggle, but it is useless. She felt a cold, metallic object presses against her temple. "Goodbye, Blanca," Leo said, his voice dripping with venom. As Blanca closed her eyes, she could hear Ethan's screams growing fainter and fainter. She knew she was about to die, and she was terrified. But then, something unexpected happens. A gunshot rang out, followed by a loud crash. Leo staggered backward, his eyes wide with shock. He looked down at him as Leo collapsed to the floor.
