I could not believe what had happened. Aiden stood up for me, and Jet flashed. It was a strong motivation to expose Dahlia. The Werewolf king was a creep, and I could understand where Dahlia got her lousy behaviour from. I returned to my room and showered. Thanks to Dahlia, I missed lunch, so I decided I would go to a restaurant in town to eat. I got dressed and headed out. On my way out of the gate, I saw Aiden, who was alone. I did not know what to say or do. It felt awkward. We were so close, but we could not touch. It was dark, and I needed to get to the restaurant before they closed.
"All dressed up," He said, referring to my jeans and t-shirt, and I smiled at him.
