After breakfast, we went to the field where everyone was gathered, and I stood on the stage to address the elders and the people with Aspen by my side.
"I know by now you have all learned of my divorce from Princess Dahlia. I have also heard rumours about Aspen being the cause of it." I said and looked around. I did not want to disclose that Dahlia was a bastard, but the truth was she wasn't really a princess. It was rather unfortunate because she prided herself on it and bullied others because of it.
"Dahlia and I got divorced because she was sleeping with Beta Martin, who happened to be her Fated, and the baby she is carrying is his and not mine. That is why I had to dissolve the marriage. Aspen, on the other hand, is my fated," I said, and people gasped and began to murmur.
