Once again, I checked my phone, still nothing. This was the last time I was going to check my phone. Jax had even switched his phone off.
I was extremely pissed off and wished I could see him right now to hit him on the face multiple times.
"Lexi," Ava's voice drew my attention towards the door. She had a wrapped box in her hands and Nora was behind her, also holding a bigger wrapped box.
She sprinted towards me on the vanity chair with Nora staggering behind her till they both stopped right in front of me.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" They said with a wide grin on both their faces. Ava extended her box to me.
I giggled, turned my whole body to them with an even wider grin, accepting the box from her. "Thank you." I dropped the box on a stool beside me.
