Isabella´s POV I was still not in a very good mood when we headed to the meeting, but I swallowed it. The meeting had priority now, but I really didn’t want to go with him to his place after. I would have to come up with something. He told me that he had nothing going on with Andrea and about his reputation, but I still wasn’t fully convinced. I had so many unanswered questions about that. On the other hand, it was none of my business at all. I just didn’t want to be treated like a fool by my friend and feared that anything I said would be reported back to Crawford. How could I trust her then?
