Isabella´s POV
I was left stunned and confused at the elevator. What happened here? He had such a concerning look on his face. Something must have been going on. Something he refused to tell me. But he just let me get back to my apartment, without any discussion. Did he have a fever or something? Or was he possessed? I got to work, but all day his weird behavior didn’t leave my mind. I received a couple of emails from him about the adjustments to the project and the next steps, after what was agreed during the successful meeting yesterday, but that was all I had heard or seen from him all day. I decided to call Andrea and to go on a lunch break with her. I wanted to get some change of scenery and also update her on everything, especially about me staying back in my apartment again. Maybe
