Katie continued her classes with Alpha Jason, they had been allowed many opportunities due to their status and connections. Their skills were unmatched by their peers. They had gained much attention in their communities and the human world. Jason became very concerned one night as they were finishing surgery and Katie began stumbling as they walked to the locker room.
"Are you ok?" He said grabbing her as she almost fell.
"Sorry, just a little dizzy."
"Since when does all this blood make you squeamish??"
"It does not," she says playfully slapping at him. But, she missed and almost fell again.
Grabbing her, he picked her up and took her into an examination room.
"What are you doing?" she asked stunned
"Something is wrong with you." He said grabbing his penlight and checking her pupils.
"Nothing is wrong with me."
"Yes, there is, you have been off all week." He starts checking her pulse and respiration. Pulling out a needle, "I am taking some blood."
"No, you are not." She said trying to get off the exam table.
"Stay still or I will give you a full-body exam," he said motioning to the straps on the table.
"You wouldn't dare," she says eyes wide. "Chase would kill you!!"
"Only if you tell him."
Her jaw dropped and he grinned at her, he had just filled the vile and she hadn't even noticed.
"You are an ass!"
"Are you offering??" He challenged. He was really worried, he had a funny feeling something was definitely going on but he couldn't quite put his finger on it. "Stay put or I will strap you down, I swear it." He said leaving the room. Once he was in the hall he stopped a nurse. "I want a full work-up on this, this gets done next, level 1 priority."
"Of course Alpha," she says bowing and rushes to the lab.
He goes back into the room, looking at his pale friend.
"I am perfectly fine," Katie says giving a faint smile, at least let me take a shower. I still have blood on me from the surgery.
Jason finally agrees seeing how annoyed she is getting. "Ok, but let me go get you some clean scrubs to put on. You have more in your locker right? I will go get them, use the shower in here."
"Yes, you know my combo." She said shaking her head. "I have undergarments too, don't forget them."
"ok, wait until I get back," he said exiting the room.
As soon as the door shut, Katie got off the table and went into the attached bathroom, turned on the shower and got in, discarding the bloody clothing into a laundry bag inside the room. She felt a little off and sat down right before everything went black.
Meanwhile, Jason had got to the locker room, changed his bloody clothes quickly depositing his into a laundry bag and grabbed Katie's fresh set. He opened a bag, seeing her brush and deodorant he took that bag and then finally found another taking out a bra and panties. He froze looking at them. Dam, they were hot as hell, he could hear his wolf Valco purring.
"Stop it Valco, she has 2 mates." He yelled internally, still running his fingers over the red lacy set, drooling. He could feel himself getting excited looking at them. He really needed to find his mate, he kept cursing to himself in his mind. "Well Jason, you are thinking about her in that set just as much as I am" He sneered back.
Quickly shoving them into the bag, he rushed back to the room. "Ok, you get into the shower." He said opening the door, to find her gone. She didn't wait. Ugh, she never listens. He thought as he heard the shower running. Going to the door, he knocked and heard no reply. Opening it just a crack, placing the bag on the inside door handle he called in, "Katie, here are your clothes. I put them on the door handle, let me know if you need me." He heard no response. Not even a thanks. "Katie?" still nothing. "Katie, not funny. Answer me or I am coming in." He heard nothing but the water. Pushing the door open he tentatively took two steps inside. "Katie answer me or I am opening the curtain." He yelled to make sure she could hear him. When he still heard nothing he pulled back the curtain finding her in a ball on the floor, unconscious.
He quickly turned off the water, picked her up and rushed her back into the room. Placing her on the table, he checked her breathing and was relieved to find she was. That was when he caught sight of the beauty in front of him. Stark naked. Valdo howled in excitement. Jason froze, he couldn't breathe. Then he heard a knock on the door.
"Don't open the door" he yelled, rushing to the side he grabbed a sheet and covered her. "Ok, you can enter."
"Alpha, here are the results you wanted." Came the same nurse he stopped before. "Is she ok?"
"I found her passed out in the shower. Did you check the results."
"Alpha she is really low on iron, plus she is pregnant, you probably need to order more tests."
"She is what?"
"Pregnant."
"She can't be" he mumbled confused
"What?"
"Nothing." He said looking at her again. How can she be pregnant?
