I was unnerved by this disturbing feeling that had been pulled up from somewhere in my memory, but after a vigorous quarter-mile walk, it sank back down into unconsciousness. Soon, I passed between the new south wing of the Student Center and the recently refurbished McAndrew Stadium construction site. Is there some sort of rule that says every building on the SIU campus must be under construction? Maybe not, because Neckers Hall had been completed in the year before.
