All I hear is beeping of machines. I wonder how much of that was true or just a dream. My mind feels like it is still foggy.
“Audrey, it’s Dr Calder. Can you tell me what happened at all?” he asks me.
“Doc, its hard to explain. While I was trying to get to Ethan’s mind to wake him, I somehow healed some of his wounds, and gained them myself. As I was healing him, it was like they were happening to me as I healed his. I felt all the pain he did. I was bleeding like he did.” I tell him.
I only just realized that I was still sitting next to Ethan in the chair, holding his hand. I look down at him. He looked better. I healed most of the worst wounds he had and you could almost see that they weren’t there.
