We come to the upper floor, which was the top one and there was a corridor. We walked down that and at the end was an entire open top floor; it was so bright and open up here, windows covered two sides of the walls, off to the sides there were doors lined along the walls, there must have been maybe five or more, there was a gorgeous old wooden door in the centre of the far wall, I guessed that was where the office and quarters were.
In the middle of the room, it was kind of like a rec room, there was a small kitchenette to the side, there were couches and a tv in the centre with a pool table and also a dining room table and chairs there. Wow, I thought, now this was my kind of place. This is where I was meant to be. This was home.
