"Nurse Maude, why would you carry out such expedition on Oceanwolf pack without anyone's consent?"
She rolled her eyes.
Really?
I was seething with my barely contained rage. I don't take delight to being summoned by alpha Gritus without prior knowledge of Maude's actions.
With her wrinkled middle aged face, she stood her ground, unwilling to answer me.
