The Vampire King's pet

Stefan's New Plan

            Stefan's pov:

            "What?! Why are they getting so close? She is suppose to hate him! We need them to separate so the prophesy can not come true." I yelled at my pet as she coward in the corner of the room. After she came in and told me of the new development that my brother and his pet were making. I became furious. She was actually starting to care for the King. How could I get her to willingly leave him and escape now? I needed to come up with a new plan. But what? 

                Maybe I could make her hate him again. Have Rachel feed her lies. No, that wont work, they are too close now. I could kidnap her and without her around my brother, he will eventually die. I saw when they were separated he became gravely ill. That would get rid of them both and I could be King of vampires, instead of my brother. I looked at my pet with a glint in my eye and I stared at her intensely. She became quite nervous with me looking at her, but I knew that for my idea to work; I needed her.

            "Oh pet. This is what were going to do. You must obey my every word. We will get rid of both of them. That stupid human pet and my brother. Hahahaha!" This was going to be too easy.

            King Nicholai's pov:

            I can't believe I kissed her cheek! She didn't push me away. She was starting to care for me, it wont be long now and I can tell her about us being mates and about the prophesy. Hopefully she will accept it. I already loved her and wanted to mate her now, but she needed time. I didn't know that when you are separated from your mate, you get sick. We haven't even mated yet and she was affecting my health. Our mating was going to be spectacular. One of the strongest matings to happen in a long time.

            I was on my way to Allison's room to take her down to breakfast when, Samuel appeared out of nowhere looking very distressed. "Your Highness, you are needed in an important meeting with the elders. They said they can't wait." It must really important then, since they only call on me for dire circumstances. "Alright, I will be there shortly. Please tell my brother to escort Allison to breakfast for me and she may eat and not to wait for me." Yes, your Majesty." He bowed and left to find my brother. I then turned to head to the elders, wondering what could be so important.

            As I entered, the elders all looked at me expectantly, they seemed to not know why I was there. "I got an urgent message from Samuel that you needed me." They all looked to each other with furrowed brows. "Your Highness, we have no idea why you are here. We didn't summon you." The male elder said to me. I was very confused, but perhaps Samuel was mistaken. Unlikely, but it could happen. I decided to excuse myself and left to go to the dining room to meet up with Allison. 

            When I entered the dining room, only my sister was there. "Cassandra, where is Allison, Stefan and Rachel?" "I don't know, I have been the only one here. I was about to leave since I have already ate." What is going on? Where is everybody? I said goodbye to my sister and left. Maybe they are still in Allison's room? I walked to her room and no one was there. I then went to Stefan's room, again no one was there. I was starting to get a little nervous, so I searched for Samuel. I found him in the hall. "Where is Allison and my brother? I told you to send them to the dining room." "I went to Stefan's room to tell him, but he was already gone with his pet." A thought struck me at that moment. "Why did you send me to the elders? They did not need me." "Your Majesty, it was your brother who told me get you and that the elders needed you." "What is going on!? Find them, now! Get every guard to locate Allison ,Stefan and Rachel. I want the whole castle searched and the areas outside the castle." "Yes, your Highness." He bowed and left.

            She wouldn't try to escape again, right? We were finally making progress. But, where is Stefan and Rachel? This is not making any sense. Allison needed to be found, it effects my health if we are apart for too long. According to the last time we were separated, I have three or four days to find her before I start getting sick. I was taken out of my thoughts as a guard approached me. "Yes, what is it? Have you found them?" "No, my King. They are not in the castle. We will be searching the surrounding areas now." He bowed and left me to my thoughts once again. Why would Allison leave, we were going to see her mother. I was going to inform her this morning that we would be leaving in two days to make the trip to her old master's house. It didn't make sense. Why would my brother be missing as well. I needed to go to my study and relax. News would be coming shortly of their whereabouts, I'm sure. 

            I was in my study, pacing when Samuel entered with his head bowed. "Sir, there is no sign of your brother or the two humans. We have searched the castle and around the residences that are around the castle." "Find them, search everywhere. They need to be found immediately." He bowed and left. My mind was in a constant loop of Allison throughout the day. I just didn't understand what was happening and where she was. I watched as the sun began to set and still no word about them. Finally, a knock on my door. perhaps it's good news. "Come in." Samuel came in holding a piece of paper in his hand. "What is it? Have you found them? What is that?" Questions were coming out of my mouth at a rapid pace. "No your Majesty, but we checked Allison's room again and found this paper. It is addressed to you." He handed me the paper and I sat on the chair behind my desk.

Hello brother,

            I have your pet. I can not allow a human to mate with you and become Queen. It is a disgrace to our kind. I have stolen her and you will never see her again. Mother and Father would be outraged if they were still with us and didn't meet their true deaths during the war. You don't need a human mate, or well maybe you do. I believe that without your dear Allison you will be meeting the true death as well. Oh well, I guess I will just have to be King.

            I crumpled the paper in my palm and it immediately burst into flames. I was beyond angry. How dare he take my mate. I am going to find him and kill him slowly. As I was thinking of ways to destroy my brother a thought hit me. Why bring up mother and father? Perhaps that was a clue to where they went. Of course! Their winter castle. It was worth a shot. "Samuel, get the guards ready. We are going to Switzerland." Yes, my King." He bowed and left. "I'm coming Allison." I said to myself. "Please be there."

            Allison's pov"

            My head was killing me as I slowly opened my eyes. My vision was blurry and I heard voices coming from inside the room. Where was I? I couldn't remember anything. "Ah, your awake. Welcome to Switzerland pet." I stared at him for a moment, confused as to why he would be in my room.

            " Prince Stefan?"
