The Vampire King's pet

The punishment

               Nicholai's pov:

               I did not want to punish Allison for her little outburst, especially knowing that she was my mate; but I needed to show her that it was not acceptable for her to have such an attitude. I was very conflicted with myself over the punishment that she should receive. I knew that for an outburst like the one she just had, the punishment was twenty spanks with a paddle. But, I didn't want to hurt her. It was physically making me sick, just thinking about it. But, it must be done.

            "You will receive twenty spanks with my paddle for your behavior". I told her. "You must be joking? First, you treat me like an animal and now a child". She replied angrily. "Yes, that is the proper punishment. You will thank me after each spank you receive and hopefully you will learn from this". I said. She scoffed and rolled her eyes at me. "You will not hit me, I didn't do anything wrong, but voice my opinion. I hate your kind. You all deserve to die and leave us humans alone". I was getting very angry with her so I just used my vampire speed to grab her and the paddle and put her over my knee. To say she was startled would be an understatement. She was getting scared of what I was going to do. "You will say thank you after each spank. Do you understand?" I said to her firmly. "Yes, sir." Her voice was already wobbly and she looked close to tears and I haven't even started yet. I was feeling guilty, but it had to be done.

            I rubbed her butt through her dress and firmly hit her with the paddle. "one, thank you." I continued hitting her until we got to fifteen and she was starting to really cry. So I just held her in my lap for a few minutes so she could get her herself together. I just continued to rub her sore bottom as she cried. "Are you okay to continue? Only five more to go." Yes, sir." We continued until we got to twenty and she was basically limp in my lap. "Will it be okay if I rubbed some lotion on your butt? It will relieve some of the pain." "I don't care." She said to me in a small voice. So I went to the cabinet and got out the lotion for her. Again, I asked for her permission to lift up her dress and pull down her panties to apply the lotion. Not wanting to make her more uncomfortable. Once she nodded her head I set about applying the lotion. Her skin was so soft and she was beautiful. I knew she needed to rest afterwards so I bid goodbye and told her to rest.

            I didn't want to leave her, but I figured some space might do her some good and she needed to rest. I decided now would be a good time to talk to the elders about my mate problem. As I was heading to the talk to the elders my brother yelled for me. I turned around and found him walking with his pet. "So I heard you had to punish your pet already." He smirked at me. "Yes, although I didn't want to. It had to be done." I sighed. "She really hates vampires, doesn't she? I heard her yelling down the hall." He said. "Yes, she does. I was actually on my way to talk to the elders about my mating questions. I believe that she is my mate, but she obviously isn't feeling our connection. I don't even know if a human can be my mate." I told my brother. "Well let me know what they say. Good luck Nicholai." "Thank you, Stefan." Then I turned and walked away not seeing the scowl that was on my brother's face.

            Once I made it to the elders, I explained what I was feeling and the connection that I could feel towards her. "But, she is a human right?" Asked one of the elder men. "Yes, and she hates our kind. Although I don't blame her. We did enslave them and she is now my pet." I explained. I saw the elders look at each other and communicate with their eyes. Finally, an elder woman spoke up. "There is a prophesy, my King." My eyes were wide as I stared at her. "What prophesy?" I asked. "Well, the prophesy states that a vampire that can control all the elements will mate with a half breed. Half human, half vampire." I can control all he elements, which is rare. Usually you can control one; fire, water, air and earth. "But, she is only human, I would know if she was half vampire." I expressed to them. "What kind of slave was her mother?" The elder man asked. I thought about what Allison told me about her mother and then it dawned on me, she is a s*x slave. "A s*x slave." I said. I saw the way the elders looked like they were expecting this. "So what does the rest of the prophesy say?" I asked. Again the elder woman looked at me. "The prophesy states that she will be your mate and bear you a child that will be the most powerful vampire in history and he will bring great peace to both vampires and humans". I was very shocked and told them I needed to leave to get my thoughts together. I told them thanks and left.

            How was I going to mate and get her pregnant with my child, when she hated me? I needed to talk to my brother, he would be able to help me. So I made my way to my brother's room to talk to him about this prophesy. I knocked on his door and he answered with his pet. "Can you go and check on my pet, please Rachel while I talk to my brother?" I asked her. "Of course, your highness." Once we were alone I told my brother everything the elders had told me. He seemed deep in thought and even slightly angry for some reason, but he was trying to hide it. "Well brother, what do you plan on doing with this information?" He asked me. "I am not really sure, to be honest. Do I tell her about the prophesy and her being my mate? Or do I wait?" "I think you should wait until you have a plan. She obviously hates you and you should have a plan first." It seemed reasonable, what he said to me. "Yes, I think I should wait and figure out what to do first." I said to him. As I was saying goodbye and going to check on my mate, Rachel came in looking pale. 

            "King Nicholai, your pet is missing."
