The following morning Celine woke up to see that David had gone.
“Where could he have gone so early?" she thought to herself.
Yesterday,she waited for him to come back to the room not knowing what went wrong as he left angrily but she was exhausted after dinner and went to sleep.
David did not talk much during dinner even as Celine was telling the baroness all about their adventure at the resort.
