Dear Buhle
You were always my favourite cousin.
Whenever we went to a funeral you always said the most peculiar thing.
‘Death seems a lot more peaceful than living.’
I know that wasn’t an open invitation, but I was always the adventurous one between us… I took it too far. But so did the voices in my head.
We both played dirty… I lost.
Please show me that live is worth living, and I promise to show you how peaceful death is.
