Aella’s POV
When we were just about to leave, I am already planning how I gonna make my skin brown again. I don’t like my skin to look pale as white, even that is my real skin tone. Anyway, the butler in front of me covered my eyes then he assisted me inside a vehicle. When the departure happens, he is holding a flower in front of me with a unique smell but at that moment I didn’t smell it.
Cal: Ma’am… please smell this flower, it will take an hour before we arrived at the palace. Don’t worry this flower is not-lethal nor poisonous.
Aella: Ok… if you say so…
I smell it until everything goes more darker until I didn’t know that I lost my conscious.
Third POV
After Aella smell the flower and fell asleep, Cal report it to his master that she’s unconscious.
Cal: My lord, I did what you have told.
Ace: Good. Now check her things, destroy and throw away all of the human technologies she has.
Cal: Yes, My lord!
Cal checked her stuffs, but there is 1 human technology she has. It’s her cellphone, sadly he destroyed it. Then Ace use his telepathy to order Cal.
Ace: After we arrive, guard her and ask one of the maids to change her clothes.
Cal: Yes, My lord…
When they arrived the Crystal palace, she’s still unconscious. Cal asks one of the maids to clean Aella and change her clothes.
Ace rushed to go in his room to change his clothes and he saw his elder brother sitting on his chair. It seems he is waiting for Ace’s arrival…
Alfred: How is the trial?
Ace: Don’t play dumb, you already know what happened in the trial. You can always just watch us in that crystal ball.
Alfred: I still can’t believe you let go that woman, it’s so very unlike you. Why did you come up with the decision of letting that woman live but will serve us, I know at that moment you want that Agent… dead. Why did you change your mind?
Ace: She saved an Enigma…
Alfred: Oh… is that so? Are you sure that is the only reason why you let her live, brother?
Ace didn’t answer him, his gaze is just focused outside the window.
Alfred: Don’t mind me if I leave you alone now…
Ace: Where are you going?
Alfred: I just want to check out the “guest”. I’m curious if you already have done something to her.
Ace: Mind your own business brother.
Alfred left the office, then he asks their nurses for some medicine and Alfred himself will take care Aella as symbol of their hospitality.
He goes inside Aella’s room and he told Cal that he himself will take care of her and Cal should take a rest. Cal bowed at him before leaving.
Aella gain her consciousness and she looked at her surroundings until her gaze falls to a tall, hunk man with a beautiful Sapphire eyes. She blushed. Aella sit and move to take a step back.
Alfred: Sorry if I startled you, I’m just here to heal your wound!
Aella: I’m sorry sir for my informal attitude but… who are you?
Alfred: No, it’s ok… I’m Alfred by the way. And if you don’t mind if I will just take care of your wound.
Aella: Ok… I’m Aella btw, you can call me whatever you want.
Alfred pulled up the half of her shirt and take off her bloody bandages around her sexy waist.
Alfred: This might be hurt a little, but I will be gentle.
Aella: I don’t mind even if it is painful.
Alfred: If you say so…
He put his hand on the top of the wound, then he used his ice power to cover her wound and a minute later the wound is gone!
Aella: How did y---
Alfred: Luckily, I can heal a wound… not injuries.
Aella look at her healed wound, then she smiled at him.
Aella: Thank you for your kindness Sir Alfred
He blushed, he thought even she is not attractive as every maiden in the land, and she has a child like face. He thinks she’s cute when smiling.
Alfred: Just call me Alfred, most the people here call me in formal way. Even I want to be treated with equal standards like others.
Aella: Okay… Alfred, again thanks for healing my wound.
Alfred: Well, I apologize that our own kind harmed you
Aella: I must be the one who apologize, I killed one of your kind.
Alfred: oh…
There’s a long silence between them. But she didn’t know that Alfred already knows about it, he’s interested to her and he just like to be friends with her. Aella start to ask him.
Aella: Are you a servant here?
Behind Alfred’s poker face, inside… he is surprised because she thinks that he is a servant in his own castle. He looked at his casual clothes he’s wearing and he realize he can’t blame her for mistaking his identity.
Alfred: Maybe…
Aella: What do you mean by that Alfred?
Alfred: My identity is a secret
He placed his index finger on the front of his lips. Then he says.
Alfred: If I am not a servant here, then why am I serving you?
Aella: Ugh… so am I right.
He smiled at her and replied her with silence.
Aella: may I ask something Alfred?
Alfred raised his one eyebrow and ask.
Alfred: What is it?
Aella: What is my punishment?
Alfred: I don’t know about that too. Only our rulers decide.
Aella: Ah… ok. Excuse me I’m just gonna use a bathroom.
Before she go inside the bathroom, Alfred stopped her. Aella is curious why he stopped her.
Alfred: I suggest you take a bath, obviously your skin color aren’t the same color from the outside. The prince might find it disturbing by seeing. Use the orange soap in the bathroom, it will reveal your true color instantly.
Aella: What if I don’t want to?
Alfred looked at her and studying her expression, he didn’t expect a girl like her aren’t concerned to her beauty and not feminine woman.
Alfred: Then I have no choice but to wash you myself…
He pushed both of his sleeves upwards. Aella’s face became red, she declined him and say.
Aelle: Ok! Ok! I will take a bath and use that freaking soap!
She rushed inside the bathroom, she slammed and closed the door. What she doesn’t know is that Alfred is just teasing her, he became more interested to Aella.
Alfred: I’m gonna leave now and I will be back again later!
Aella didn’t replied and Alfred left her room. He saw his butler and he asked where is Ace. Tyron answered him.
Tyron: The master is in the fairy garden, my lord!
He thanked him then he go in the Garden of Fairies.
