Present Day- Zoe It has been four days since our return home, and Eero has gradually returned to his normal self, albeit with one significant change: he never lets me out of his sight, well within reason. We are in the midst of packing and prepping for a trip down to South Carolina to assess the hurricane damage and meet his pack. I enrolled Easton in the school on the parklands at Alpha Wests, and we are in the process of slowly moving everything out of my house and into the farmhouse. It seems silly to call that estate a farmhouse, but it’s what has stuck. While I am not certain if the farmhouse will be our permanent residence, I want to be close to the pack, and to the community of people who came to my aid. I'm not ready to leave my human friends, my makeshift family behind either.
