I wrapped my hand around the microphone in front of me, and just as I was about to speak, the crowd below exploded with angry, shouted accusations.
"Miss Harold! Did you deliberately hurt that researcher because of jealousy, or is there another hidden agenda?!"
"You threatened the Smith Group to force a marriage, saying you'd pull all your investment if they refused. Is this how a qualified investor is supposed to behave?"
"Miss Harold, is it true that the Harold Corporation board just kicked you out?"
Edward turned to the crowd with a heartbroken, deeply guilty expression. "Everyone, my fiancée is still young and reckless. This is all my fault for not guiding her properly. I brought her here specifically so she can apologize for everything she's done."
