Meanwhile, at Carlo’s condo, Carlo, Clarence, Brix, and Jiro were happily chatting in the living room while eating fruit. While Jay was in the comfort room. He had made it a habit to watch the news while in the comfort room. He was just coming out of the bathroom when he saw the news.
” What! Alex's girlfriend kidnap!? Who is his girlfriend now?!.
” What!?Mira, how did that happen? We were just together this morning!? “ Jay asked himself in confusion.
”Does Carlo know… “he said to himself before running to where his friends were.
”Carlo, did you know anything about the news today? What are you and Alex hiding from us?” he asked seriously.
”What are you talking, what secret?” Carlo asked in surprise.
”Watch the news.”
They opened their phones; and no one said anything for about 5 minutes when they saw the news.
”I don’t know about the news ;happened to them?” Carlo said, worried.
”And who wanted to kidnap Mira?..Did Alex pick her up yet?” Jiro asked.
”Bro, there’s another news.” Cj shouted.
…”Good evening everyone, it’s confirmed that the Doctor who almost kidnapped this afternoon is indeed the girlfriend of Mr. Jaiden Alexis Alejandro. According to the police,he pick her personally at the police station and took her home. Everyone, what do you think? She the one who conquered the heart of our richest billionaire?

”I wonder what really happened; let's call Alex to find out what really happened,” Jiro said worriedly.
”I can’t contact them.” Carlo reply.
”At their mansion, don’t you have their landline number?” Jay reminded Carlo.
”Don’t call in the mansion;Alex isn’t there.” Brix interjected.
”Let’s just go to Alex’s villa tomorrow morning; the guards might catch us at night if we go now.” Jiro said seriously.
Meanwhile, Alex’s staff at the hacienda were very curious.
”Dave, the woman you came with is so beautiful; who is she?” Nanay Emilita asked. Nanay Emilita is Jade’s personal nanny since he was a child.
”That’s right, kuya Dave, who is she?” Niña added. Niña is Dave’s younger sister.
”Hmm..she’s seńiorito’s girlfriend,” he replied with a smile.
”And you know, I just saw that side of Seńiorito. He’s loving. When he saw doctor Mira earlier, he hugged her immediately and said..are you okay; are you hurt? I’m sorry I’m late…“ Dave said happily.
”Wow! So she’s a doctor? What’s her name?” Emilita asked curiously.
”Her name…what is it?..
Oh I remember, she’s…she..”
“She’s…what, kuya?” Niña interjected, annoyed with her brother.
”She’s Princess Mira Guevara.”
”Guevara, you say, what’s her relationship with the owners of the bankrupt Guevara’s company?” Emilita asked.
”She’s the only child of the owner,” Dave replied.
”So she’s General Akihiro De Leon’s runaway bride. Then now, she’s Mr. Alejandro’s girlfriend!?”…Niña said happily.
The next day, Carlo and Jiro went to Jade’s villa early. They were the only ones who came because their other friends had urgent things to do.
Jade told them what happened; and they understood.
“So, who’s the mastermind behind the kidnapping? Do you have any idea who it is?” Carlo asked Mira.
“When I visited Mom in the hospital, she said…yes, it was him.” Mira said, stammering.
“Who? Do you know him?” Jade asked worriedly.
“It’s Akihiro. Mom said he’s still looking for me and won’t stop until I fall into his hands. I’m worried about Mom.” Mira said sadly.
“Don’t worry, I’ve sent people to guard them.” Jade said reassuringly.
“Don’t worry Mira, we’ll help with the investigation.” Carlo said.
“Mira and I are going to the mansion today. Do you want to come? You haven’t visited Dad in a while,” Jade said.
The four of them went to the mansion, and the beauty of the view amazed Mira.
“Welcome to our home, Mira. Daddy probably already knows the news; whatever he says, please don’t argue with him. He has heart problems and is on medication.” Jade explained.
“Isn’t Uncle’s surgery finished?” Jiro asked.
“Not yet. Our family doctor is still in America.” Jade answered.
“Okay, I understand.” Mira replied.
They went straight to the garden and met Eliana, Emilita’s younger sister.
“Jaiden, my child, you’re here already.” Eliana said happily.
“ Manu po yaya.”
“How is Daddy?” Jade asked.
“God bless you. He’s getting better. May kasama ka pala.” Eliana answered.
“Nanay Eliana, kumusta po kayo?” Carlo asked with a smile.
“We missed you, Nanay.” Jiro said with a smile.
“Jiro!…Carlo!?…it’s you.” Eliana said happily, hugging the two.
“ Hello po, Manu po,” Mira said shyly.
“Oh God bless you, iha, you’re so beautiful.” Eliana said lovingly. They didn’t notice Noel approaching them.
“Jaiden, my son, you’re here already?…welcome back, son,” Noel said happily, hugging Jade.
“We’ve been waiting for you and Kuya since yesterday. Oh, you’re with Jiro and Carlo. How are you? It's been a while since your last visit.”
“We’re fine, Uncle.” The two said together.
“Who is this beautiful woman with you? Jaiden, don’t tell me she’s the—”
“Yes, Uncle, she’s my girl. Mira, this is Uncle Noel, Daddy’s brother. Uncle Noel, this is Mira, the woman I love,” Jade said happily.
“Wow!…well well well, you’re different now, son…hahaha…I’m happy for you. Finally, you’ve introduced a woman to us,” Noel said happily.
“Go ahead to the garden. I’ll follow you; I’ll just get the papers your dad asked me to get,” Noel added.
“Okay, Uncle,” Jade said, heading to the garden.
