Kathryn's Point of View
I have barely knocked on Amy's door the next morning before a grinning Amy opens it.
"You're here!! Finally! I’ve waited long enough for this moment. Show me the ring!"
She demands. I laugh and hold out my hand. Amy gasps and grabs it, studying the ring.
"Oh my God, this is absolutely gorgeous! Elijah, you did good!"
She smiles up at him and he returns her smile.
"I tried. I wasn't sure about it, but decided to go with my gut. She deserves the best."
I look up at him, a loving smile on my face.
"Well, I'm glad you took it. I love it. It's perfect."
He pulls me closer, placing a kiss on my forehead.
"Awww you two are just too cute. Kat, you are practically glowing. I'm so happy for you. Both of you, you deserve to be happy."
