  My stomach dropped and I stopped caring. His hands had been on me the whole night. Like a koala, he is desperately clinging to something. The truth is, I just left him alone. While his pals are simply chit-chatting and, on occasion, belting out a few country tunes. When I'm with him, I feel completely out of place, even though I do smile at their jokes. I feel like a high schooler who successfully begged to join her older brother's group of friends on a night out, because these people are obviously not my age.
