Kevin had called some new chefs and helpers for the interview. I shortlisted some of them and then gave them a few dishe s to prepare with the recipe that I provided them and to make a dish of their own choice with their recipe.
They made a lot of dishes and finally, I selected five of them after a final interview, they were recruited.
The products were selling like hot fakes, the popularity was increasing. We had to cater at the Sam's Food Paradise in the departmental store as well as Jack's hotel.
People were ordering my chocolates and candies and I couldn't make things in so much quantity.
Even the snacks were being sold within 5-6 hours though we had doubled our production.
