Sunset Love 2

"Jack," she said, trying to sound casual despite the butterflies in her stomach. "How are you?" They hugged, and Emily felt a spark of electricity as their bodies touched. She quickly pulled back, trying to brush off the feeling. As they caught up on each other's lives, Emily learned that Jack was now a successful photographer, traveling the world and capturing stunning images. She, on the other hand, had become an event planner, organizing lavish weddings and corporate events. Their conversation flowed easily, like no time had passed at all. But as they stood there, Emily couldn't help but notice the way Jack's eyes crinkled at the corners when he smiled, or the way his hair curled slightly at the nape of his neck. She felt a flutter in her chest, and suddenly, Emily was transported back to their high school days, when she'd harbored a secret crush on Jack. As they parted ways to head to their respective destinations, Emily couldn't shake off the feeling that this chance encounter might be the start of something more. The next day, Emily spent the morning getting ready for the wedding. She'd promised Sarah she'd help with the last-minute preparations, and she wanted to make sure everything was perfect. As she was arranging the flowers, Jack appeared at her side, camera in hand. "Mind if I take a few shots?" he asked, his eyes sparkling with creativity.
