For a moment, I am stunned to see the man standing in front of me. Never once did I think I would see my father this soon. Tears fill up my eyes, happiness consumes me as I look at him once more. His is tall no doubt and something about his aura catches my attention even more.
“ Am I allowed to give you a hug?” He asks with a small inviting smile on his face.
Laughing I nod, he steps forward and engulfs me in his big arms. Athena purrs inside of me, it's like I have forgotten she is a wolf. My hands are around him as my head rests on his chest. I can't stop the waterworks even if I want to, never have I ever been this overwhelmed with joy. We finally pull away and Maddox snatches me back in his arms. I can't help but giggle, he doesn't even notice how protective he is.
