Chapter four- Ryder's POV

I set a plate of eggs, bacon, and pancakes in front of her, and she began to eat. I watched her as she ate. she practically inhaled her food. Her old pack must not have let her eat much. My wolf Sirius said with a growl. She did look very skinny. I let out a small growl. she froze. I stopped. she tilted her head a moment as if she was talking to her wolf, but I knew she wasn't. Omega's aren't allowed to shift with the pack, and they also aren't allowed to talk to their wolf. After a moment, she got up and put her plate in the sink. she turned on the water and began to clean all the dishes in the sink. I growled and got up. " What do you think you are doing?" I said through gritted teeth. She flinched but kept washing. " I'm cleaning the dishes. " She said. I growled louder, this time she put the plate that she was washing down and turned around to face me. " Let the omega's do that. You don't do that." I said. Anger flashed across her face. " Well, if you hadn't noticed, I AM an omega. So that qualifies me to clean." She stated. Release her from her rank. make her an Alpha again!! My wolf Sirius yelled in my head. I winced a little. I would buddy, but wolf law states I must have permission from her current alpha. I tell him. Her Alpha's dead. You killed him, and wolf law states that any Alpha to kill their old Alpha has any and all authority over them. He tells me. Your right!!!!! I tell him. Well, duh. I'm always right. I chuckle at him. " I, Ryder Moon, release you from your sentence of omega, returning you to your original rank as an Alpha." The air suddenly dropped 20 degrees and I watched with a mix of awe and horror, as her eyes went from the beautiful green to a dangerous light blue. why are her eyes blue? My wolf asked. I have no idea. I told him. Werewolf eyes are never blue. Sirius said. I know. and the air temperature dropped too. I told him. While I was talking to Sirius, I didn't notice that Talamh was no longer in the kitchen. I walked up to her room and found her in the bathroom, throwing up the contents of her breakfast. I moved to go help her, but a growl ripped through the air. I froze. I noticed she was clutching her stomach as she hurled. A scary thought entered my head and I listened carefully for her heartbeat. I heard mine and hers. I started to relax when I heard a third, a tiny thumping, almost to quite to hear. A growl loosened its self from my throat and she looked up at me with sorry eyes. I felt Sirius take over and he stalked over to her. He gripped her arm and yanked her up onto her feet. He dragged her into the bedroom and threw her on the floor. " HOW DARE YOU!!!!!" I heard him yell. " YOUR'E SUPPOSED TO WAIT FOR YOUR MATE!!! NOT GO AND GIVE YOUR INNOCENCE AWAY!!!!!" He yelled. Then he slapped her. Hurt flashed in her eyes but it was quickly masked by anger. " REALLY?" she yelled. "SAY'S YOU!!!!!" She screamed at Sirius. " YOU SLEPT WITH DOZENS OF WOMEN!!!!!! AND THEN WHEN YOU FOUND YOUR MATE-ME- YOU REJECTED ME!!!!" she screamed at Sirius. That shut him up. she collapsed onto the floor and clutched her stomach. "Just leave." she whispered. I didn't move. " LEAVE!!" She yelled. I flinched. Why does she sound so hurt? Sirius said. Oh, I don't know, maybe because you SLAPPED HER!?! I yelled at him. He whimpered and blocked our connection. She looked up at me, and i'm pretty sure she saw the hurt in my eye's. I whipped around and left her room, slamming the door behind me. This is going to be a long day. A very long day indeed. I thought to myself.
