A few days later
It was the day of the fundraiser and Amber was nervous, the only thing keeping her sane and calm was holding Aaron in her arms. The first few days Amber had been planning and the event and taking care of Aaron at the same time, just like that the little boy had quickly attached himself to her.
She was just finishing the final details of the event and Aaron was nest to her in his car seat. The little bot looked at her with amazement, as if he was trying to figure out what it was that she was typing away on her laptop.
Finally her work was done, hopefully they would raise enough money to rebuild the town hall and other buildings that have been affected by the storm, but then she would go home. She would miss this town, so much good had happened here as well as the bad.
