Chapter 100 John followed Hugh and Branwen along the trail behind Elizabeth’s house the next morning, all of them carrying ropes, flashlights, thick leather gloves. Everything they found in the garden shed to convince themselves this expedition was a bit less risky. As pathetic as the supplies seemed, they were a tiny bit better than nothing.
