Detective Reilly drove his rented car to the Town of Saxis, better known as Saxis Island. He liked the Eastern Shores of Virginia, for it reminded him of parts of New Hampshire. It seemed small but Hyper productive. Since there was a fishing town there, there were many boats in the water. One could see that many people made a living in the wholesale business of the fishing industry.
He was there to find Marc Dazet, the reporter who worked for the Virginia Pilot. While putting the clues together and felt that this reporter must be near or around Saxis, Virginia. He had a reservation at the Garden and Sea Inn for a couple of days to look around the area, to find out what was going on in Nelson Road, in New Church, Virginia, which was close to the Saxis area.
