Girls...you will never understand them and the rules made me feel a bit comfortable because i feel like these people kind of relate to me and i hope it will be a better place for all."Is that all?"Before I could hear it i heard one boy shouting " No beanies,no caps and no earings for boys and no peircing for all of us, we not in a strip club we should be presentable "everybody cheered.Man,My world felt so small as we were instructed to take them off but I was not scared because some of the kids already saw my ears so I took it off.There,they pointed and before I knew it ,Yeah everyone screamed,Some laughed at my ears and some stood in corners frightened like those kids in the bus.It was not something I was not used to so I did not feel bad or shamefu.The dean screamed in the whole hall like she was singing soprano and then said " are you a witch?" and asked to be escorted out of the hall before she faints.The meeting was over and my day could not get any better.Classes started,we started with an English class hence our math teacher was late.

We all sat down down in the class but everyone did not want to be as the same class as me then the teacher came in.Everyone settled but some learner at the corner cried saying that she is scared of my ears.They will swallow her,imagine.I did not hear the end of it and she was sent home.The teacher yelled "young boy,what is it that you have in your ears?Do not you know that it is not halloween?go home and take that thing off!ughh so much for a first day at school ".Before I could even explain that these are my real ears,my bag was thrown at the door and my body flew and hit the school board.i fell on the floor and i dragged myself out of the class in the laughter of the learners. I went to the security's office to call my grandmother while I wait for another class to commence.I called her and told her what has transpired.She comforted me with her words like she always does and also reminded me that I should not fight as always.I went to history class.The class was empty because i was early.I found the teacher preparing for the lesson.I did not knock so I went to back and sat down with my head laid on the table.After a moment,she called me.

Adam's POV

I shouted"i know I am early, I was kicked out of English class".She came to me instead of shouting and kicking me out,she took a chair and said consoling words to me.i was not touched at all,believe me because I have grown a thick skin and learnt to let such things slide since i will be out of here sooner.She cupped my face and before I could say anything,she ran away from me.She shouted"what are those?what are you wearing in your ears,you scared me off child.So this is the reason why you were kicked out of English class? ughhh you deserve detention.Teachers could die after seeing this" with her hand on her chest.I stayed there,did not move a finger and i watched her breathing in out trying to calm her frightened self,poor her.Ugh drama I thought to myself.She walked back to me and said that I should take what I am wearing off because she is not going to teach a witch looking like kid.i said to her that she should come and take it off herself if she thinks that I like being like this,scarring people off.She leaned backwards and towards me trying to look for a zip to take it off."Where is that thing? where is the zip?".I sat there quietly.
