Daniel's POV I found Nathan after the meeting. "Where is she?" "Who?" He knows exactly who. "Nathan." He sighs. "Her office. Probably packing. She submitted her resignation an hour ago." My heart stops. "She what?" "Said since the case is closed, it's time to move on." He met my eyes. "You have maybe ten minutes before she walks out that door." I'm already moving. Down the hallway.
