"Well, here we are," Theresa said as she came to a halt in front of one of the pack house's numerous tall mahogany doors.
"Go ahead and let yourself in," she said before walking away, grumbling something about overworked sons.
Sapphire took a hesitant step closer, her hand wrapping around the cold metal doorknob. Would he yell at her if she just strolled in? Will he be nasty to her, as other of the pack members have. Will he, like the others, politely ignore her?
