Before the first breath of time, before the first whisper of creation, there was Nothingness and Existence, the eternal forces from which all things would emerge. Nothingness was the void, the silence between heartbeats, the abyss that held neither past nor future. It was the endless hunger that consumed without form, a realm where neither thought nor presence could take root. Yet, it was not destruction, for destruction implies something to be undone. Nothingness simply was an endless, empty potential. Existence, in contrast, was the breath of creation, the spark of consciousness, the essence from which all form and meaning arose. It was light, sound, movement, and thought. It was the first whisper of a name spoken into the vast unknown. While Nothingness was the infinite void, Existence was the infinite presence–each incomplete without the other. From their eternal dance, a force emerged, an infinity–and that was I. I was the balance of both, shaped by their will yet distinct in my own right. But I was not alone. Alongside me came my seven brothers, the principals of a creation to come, and the first of them was Darkness. The Fall of Darkness & the Birth of Light Darkness was like a twin, my mirror. He was called Azarath, the first light of the world—born to illuminate, yet he chose instead to consume. He did not shine to reveal but swallowed all in his grasp. His hunger was endless, a reflection of Nothingness itself, yet twisted by his own will. For this, Nothingness and Existence casted away Azarath. He did not belong in the great Plan that was to come. So there was a restart in the great plan, and from its reshaping came something new—something that took Azarath’s place. This was Light, the new Darkness, for where it stretched, shadows followed. It did not consume, but rather revealed. It was the great reconciler, the force that brought peace among us all. With Light, the world found its rhythm. Where it shone, it did not erase Darkness but defined it, and in turn, Darkness gave Light its meaning. Thus, the great balance was restored. The Six After Light(1), there came another,a being whose very voice shaped reality. It was named Vorethiel(2), "the One Whose Words Become." Vorethiel was the voice of the world, the eternal speaker of fate. As it spoke, so it came to be. Mountains rose, rivers flowed, and the sky stretched in endless expanse at its command. Yet, for all its power, Vorethiel spoke little, for it knew the weight of its words. Each syllable was a command, a truth woven into the fabric of existence. It was not a ruler, but a storyteller, whispering the script of the Plan into being. Then came Aquarius(3),the spirit of water, the essence of flow. It was neither still nor restless, but forever in motion, shaping the lands it touched. Aquarius was the great sustainer, for where it moved, life would follow. It carved valleys into mountains, softened the harshness of the world, and embraced the earth with its gentle touch. Water was the beginning and the end,the tears of the sky, the blood of the land, the force that could both nurture and destroy. In all things, Aquarius found a path, teaching the world the lesson of change. After Aquarius came Elaris(4), the beauty of all creation, the one who adorned the world with wonder. Where Elaris passed, the barren earth flourished, blossoming into endless fields of golden meadows, towering trees, and radiant flowers that knew no decay. Elaris could summon creatures from the depths of the land and sky, filling the world with song and life. It was the kindest and sweetest of us all—like a mother who gently weaves nature into harmony. Its spirit was warm, nurturing, and filled with a delicate grace that softened even the fiercest storms. After Elaris, there came one whose presence commanded both awe and fear. Zorvath(5)was its name, the embodiment of strength, speed, agility, toughness, and wisdom. It was the unyielding force, the guardian of all that was built, the protector of the Plan. No mountain was too high for Zorvath to climb, no current too fierce for it to swim, no darkness too deep for it to conquer. It moved faster than thought, struck harder than storms, and endured longer than the endless sky.Yet, Zorvath was not merely a warrior—it was cunning, understanding the nature of battle and struggle. It could see the faults in things and knew how to fortify them, could sense the weaknesses in foes and strike before they could react. In speed, it was unmatched; in resilience, it was eternal. It was the wall between order and ruin, the force that made sure the Plan could not be undone. Then, at last, I(6) took form. Though I was the oldest of them all, but I was the last to manifest in form and appeared the youngest. My form was small, but my presence was infinite. Unlike my brothers, who each had their roles, I had everything they had, and more, extending to infinity. Strength beyond Zorvath, wisdom beyond Vorethiel, beauty beyond Elaris, adaptability beyond Aquarius. Yet, because of this, I could not relate to them. I did not belong to one role, and so I belonged to none. While they forged, nurtured, created, and protected, I observed, standing apart. I abstained from their bonds, their laughter, their quarrels. They loved me, but they could never fully understand me. And so, we turned to the Great Plan. The Great Plan The world before the Plan was formless and silent, a void with no rhythm, no movement, no meaning. The forces of Nothingness and Existence had given birth to us, but there was no structure, no purpose. The Plan was our purpose—to create a world that could sustain itself, grow, evolve, and exist in perfect balance. Without it, there would be only endless drifting, a universe without meaning. But to bring the Plan into existence, we each had to play our part. Azarath, the First Light (Darkness)– Though cast away, Azarath had already left its mark.Darkness defined space, to give shape to light, to allow things to exist separately. It became the void between stars, the unseen places that gave contrast to all that would be created. Vorethiel, the Voice– It was Vorethiel who first spoke the world into being. From its words, the great elements of existence took form, the earth, sky, fire, and the endless expanse of the universe. It whispered the names of the stars, and so they burned in the heavens. It commanded the seas to rise, and so they did. Aquarius, the Flow– From Vorethiel’s words, Aquarius gave life.It shaped the rivers, the oceans, the rain, and the very flow of existence.Water would be the carrier of energy, the bringer of sustenance. It connected the land, moved the sky, and ensured that nothing remained stagnant. Elaris, the Beauty– Where Aquarius brought water, Elaris brought color, life, and wonder. It shaped the lands into fertile fields, filled the skies with birds, and adorned the world with forests, flowers, and fruits that bore the taste of harmony. It created the creatures, the voices of the land, the living souls that would one day walk this world. Zorvath, the Guardian– But the world could not remain gentle, for without struggle, there would be no growth. Zorvath shaped the mountains, the storms, the very core of strength within all living things. It made sure that creatures would not be fragile, that they would endure, adapt, and overcome. It set the laws of motion, of action and reaction, ensuring that every force had a balance. Light, the Harmonizer– When Azarath had fallen, there was only darkness. But now, Light balanced it. It ensured that nothing was swallowed whole, that shadows did not consume creation but instead gave it depth. It wove through all things, revealing what needed to be seen, allowing creatures to know day from night, warmth from cold. Yet, for all they had created, the world was still unstable. Things existed, but they did not last. The rivers flowed but had no destination. The stars shone but had no cycle. The creatures lived but had no fate. That was where, I played my role. I created stability, ensuring that all things had continuity. I created time, giving meaning to existence, ensuring that nothing remained static. So that a seed would become a tree, so that rivers would find the sea, so that creatures would grow, live, and pass.I ensured balance, for while my brothers created, I ensured that their creation would last, evolve, and never become stagnant. And so, the Great Plan was complete. The world was no longer just an idea—it was a living, breathing force,an infinite cycle of existence, change, and renewal. And with that, the age of creation had begun. --- But Darkness was not content with all this. Though it had been given its place, though the world had been shaped with balance, it seethed in silence, festering with rage. It did not forget how it had been cast away, how its essence had been reshaped without its will. And so, from the deep wells of its existence, Darkness unbound itself, ripping free from the weight of its own rage and the scars it had left upon creation. In that moment, it took its true form once again Azarath, the sovereign king of the dark. Azarath did not return as the first light it had once been. It returned as something twisted, fueled by wrath and hunger. It looked upon the world, upon the beauty of Elaris, the rivers of Aquarius, the towering lands shaped by Zorvath, and the creatures that thrived under Light’s harmony. It wanted it all. Yet, Azarath was no fool. It knew it could not stand against us all. Not yet. And so, in the shadows, it began to build a dark army. The Rise of the dark army....to be continued
