“Stacey do you think that Sammy will act right the rest of the way to the Light Kingdom” Amanda says standing in the door way.
“Dean explained that casters and protectors have a hard time trusting wolves because our magic doesn’t work on them like another human. It makes them a danger to us,” Stacey says looking to Amanda. “I think you hanging out with one hurts his ego and now he has an additional reason to not like Max. But he’s a big boy and a trained soldier. He’ll act right, and if not we’ll put him in his place,” Stacey says winking at Amanda. Amanda smiles and goes quiet. I hope so I don’t want tension to get any worse between everybody, Amanda thinks to herself. The girls watch a show and Amanda starts looking at the clock.
