The Revenge

After one month. Mark had already been fine. He planned to revenge. He thanks the family that cared for him so much. He said goodbye to that family who cared for him.

"Jessa, Thank you so much for saving me from death.", Mark said while holding the hands of Jessa. Mark weeps. Jessa saw these.

Jessa replied," We just do our obligation as your fellow men. We saw you in miserable, So we do our part."

The mother of Jessa embraces Mark.

"I'll come back here, I will raise myself and teach that evil one who made me suffer.", Mark uttered.

For one month of staying in that family. Mark feels the affection of that family. He loves them as part of his life. But these are the day of farewell. Mark go and reported the incident to the police headquarters. He brings his medical record to the hospital in the headquarters. He also brings the bullet that was found on his body. These are his evidence for what happened to him.

The police officers released the warrant for Brando. The police officers went to the mansion of Brando.

" Mr.Brando Rodriguez, We have a warrant of arrest for you. Someone filed a case of attempted murder against you."

Brando was shocked at what happened. He never understands the scenario.

"Wait sir, I call my lawyer.", Brando said.

The police officers chained him and said.

" The evidence was strong. Just explain your side in headquarters."

The father of Brando coming.

"Wait sir, Stop that."

But the police officers never listen. Take Brando on their police vehicle.

Brando's Dad called their lawyer.

"Atty. Salcedo, I need your help, My son was arrested."

On another line said, "Okay sir, Wait I'll be there."

Brando was detained while waiting on his lawyer. He knows that bribe is the solution.

Mark texted Mika. Mika was happy but she never know the reason why Mark was missing for one month. Mark never tells her till they meet secretly.

"Mark, What happened to you!", Mika hugged him while the tears were shed.

" Don't worry Mika, I'll never let you go. Someone must pay his debt.", Mark uttered.

Mika stared at him."What do you mean Mark?", She said.

"Brando captured me, He shoot me with his gun. He accompanied with his friend and goons.", Mark uttered.

" That man, From the very start, I'll never trust him. He must pay. We have to report it to the police officers.", Mika replied.

"I had already done these Babe. Now he was in jail. Before we met, I came to the Police department.", Mark said.

But on the other side, the Father of Brando comes to the police department offered a bribe to release his son. But the police officers don't unite, some refused and some because of greed they agreed to the bribe.

Mark and Mika come to Mika's home. Mark received the calling. He answers the call. Police officers call him.

" Sir, The father of Brando offered us a bribe. What should I do, Some police here want to receive it?"

Mika saw the rage on Mark's face.

On the side of Mika was her Mother.

"The family of Brando used their money to twist the justice.", Mark said.

Mother of Mika replied,

" Don't worry Mark, We will help you."

Mark's face enlightened." Thank you Madam Klaudia.", Mark responded.

"Madam Klaudia called her lawyer. She talks to them and said," Mrs.Perez, I need your help now. Called these numbers, And tell them, We offered money to reverse the bribe."

The Police officers run the investigation, They found that the thumb mark of Brando matched the thumb mark found in the bullets. The evidence became more strong. Brando is still detained. Their lawyer filed a petition for a hearing.

Mark went to the family who cared for him for a month to witness. The hearing was held after one month. Brando's money had no use because Mika help her boyfriend.

Mark come to the jail talk to Brando.

"Brando, I will assure your suffering. And you will be jailed for a lifetime.", Mark mocked him.

Brando replied," Well, Let's see Mark."

Police officers also arrested Jason and investigate the crime that happened.

Jessa and his mother became a witness. The police officers find those goons that beat Mark. But Brando is the main suspect.

The hearing occurred, Then Brando was sentenced to lifetime imprisonment. He was found guilty of the crime he had done. Jason and those goons who captured Mark were also sentenced to life imprisonment. Klaudia, The Mother of Mika used her influence to help Mark to win the case.

Then Mark continue his study, Mother of Mark was happy to see his son overcome the struggles he had. Mark and Mika conquered the trials of their relationship.

Mark was graduating from College, He was now assigned by his Professor to do a thesis. After a week, Mark passed the thesis. After his thesis was his OJT. He applied to the Company owned by Mika's Mother. Mark was determined to achieve his goal. He had so many dreams that want to build with Mika.

Then graduation came, Mark doesn't only do the wish of his Mother, greater than what she wished. Mark graduated as Summa c*m laude. He received many medals. He received the award of being the Most Outstanding Student of the year. Mika was so happy for Mark and Eunice, They graduated from University with many awards.

"I'm so proud of you Mark for being My intelligent and handsome boyfriend.",

Mika spoken. She hugs Mark.

The mother of Mark was coming accompanied by Mika's mother.

" Sonia, Your son was so intelligent. And He is also handsome, I guess He was a High Achiever Person.", Klaudia spoke.

"Thank you, Klaudia for helping my son. Without you, Brando won't repay the crime he did.", Sonia uttered.

They reach Mark and Mika.

" My Son, I'm so proud of you. You are so diligent student.", Sonia spoke to Mark.

"Mark, I will hire you as an HR of my Company. You are welcome in my company anytime you want.", Klaudia spoke.

" Wow, Thanks Madam, I will grab that opportunity. You're so good to me, Madam.", Mark replied.

"Someday After Mika graduates, I will train her to manage our business. Both of you will help me to grow the company.", Klaudia respond.
