The Tiniest Enchilada EVAN STARED OUT THE window, random thoughts roving through his idle mind. He remembered seeing a video of a hamster eating a tiny burrito one time and wondered how small the smallest enchilada in the world would be. Would it even be enough to feed this hungry little hamster? How did the chef even make tortillas that tiny? Was there even a baking dish small enough to bake them?
