Charles POV
I sat across from my mother just as dumbstruck as Raya. I didn't even know what this meeting was about, and let me tell if i had known i wouldn't have brought Raya with me. I wasn't ready to be mated so quickly. At this rate, i doubt Raya would ever let me touch her with a ten foot pole. How could my mother be so aggroant to think that we would just go along with this. She wasn't even giving her own son a choice. I just didn't want Raya to know that.
I went along with what my mother was saying out of per embarrassment. I didn't want it to look like my my mother had control over me. I never realized how much she actually does until now.
