I nod. "I'll go back inside in a second!" I let him know and without another word, he heads back inside and closes the door, giving Bennett and I privacy. I turn back to him and offer an apologetic look as we can't put our skills to the test. At least at this moment. "I should head home," he says. "You can stay the night," I offer. "I can get a guest room set up for you to stay in." The shake of his head stops me. "I need to get home. I have some things that I had to put off today to do in the morning."
